Alokonline Terms and Condition :-

Alokonline is an online market place for organic and other related products
We do not manufacture, pack, produce, procure, store any of the products on our site
Upon receiving your order, we pass it respective company / brand to fulfil the order
The products purchased are packed and delivered by respective company / brands
We charge basic processing and handling fees for each order
All prices are subjected to change without prior notice
Products price displayed is MRP plus delivery charges, if any
Final Price at check out is inclusive of Taxes, if any
Please ensure that you check the product content for allergy related information
Also upon receiving consignment please ensure to check expire date of each product before consumption
Discount is not valid on delivery charges / Processing Fees / Handling Fees


Order Cancel Policy:

You can cancel the order within 3 hours of placing the order
There are 20% cancellation charges of total order value, if order gets cancel from your side
For example: if your final total is Rs. 986/- 20% cancellation charges will be Rs. 197/-
Cancellation charges from CC Avenues/Razor Pay will be deducted to you directly by CC Avenue/Razor Pay, if any
If order gets cancelled from our side you get 100% order amount refund. The 2% razor pay convenience fee is non refundedable.
IMP: Please note that orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
Pls note that our aim is to fulfill your order ASAP and not unnecessarily charge the customer but then there are charges we have to bear if you cancel the order

IMPORTANT NOTE ON RAZOR PAY 2% CONVENIENCE FEE

In case order gets cancel - 100% of order amount will get refunded from us but 2% razor pay convenience fee charged will not get refunded
Convenience fee of 2% is non refundable in case order gets cancelled from either side 
However, as a gesture from our side we will give you a discount of the 2% convenience fee charged to you for all pruducts listed under Flowers category.
Pls note this discount is available for products listed only under Flowers category url for the same is https://alokonline.com/real-flowers.html

Courier and Handling Information:-

All products are directly packed and send via courier from respective company / brand from their offices in India
Once order is confirmed we will email you courier tracking details
Final Courier and Handling charges will be shown at check-out page
Final Courier and Handling charges are subjected to change without prior notice
Upon receiving order consignment please ensure that the package is intact and safe
Please ensure that the content in the consignment is of proper quantity you had ordered and that the contents in them are intact, especially for liquid / semi liquid items like honey, pickle etc
Do not accept the order if you notice pilferage, broken material etc
You have the right to refuse to accept the order in you notice pilferage, opened package etc
But please take the photo of the consignment as proof for refund / reorder purpose
Please email photos and other information on order@alokonline.com (within 3 hours of not accepting the courier)
Upon such incidents we are here to help you by replacing the order from respective company / brand
But pls inform us within 3 hours of not accepting the courier so that we can take it further
Any delay in not informing us will lead to delay in us informing the relevant brand / company which may cause in no refund
Request you to be patient in case refund / reorder is in process
If in rare case, the product is out of stock for reorder, either you can go for alternate product with same brand / company OR wait for them to process the order.
